Air Show

We went down to the Air Show on Sunday and it was the coolest thing I have ever seen. I loved it. We actually went on Saturday too (that was not the original plan we just sort of ended up there) but we had to leave before the Thunderbird Show so we decided to go back so we could see them and man am I glad we did. Jaxon loved the airplanes I thought that he would be scared because they are noisy, nope he just laughed and had a good ol time. He was following them in the sky and would point to them, he really enjoyed it. We tried to keep ear plugs in his ears but he was not liking that idea and he had other plans for them. Anyway the Thunderbird part was my very favorite!!! It was so cool, if you missed it you definitely need to go the next time they are here. They start the show off with a ceremony type thing and they have all the assistants come out and they do EVERYTHING in unison and it is all perfectly timed to music! Then they bring out the pilots and the assistants escort them to their plane. The pilots do everything in succession, starting with the first pilot down to the sixth. It was so cool. The tricks that they do were amazing. I about had a heart attack when they had two planes come flying towards each other at like a million miles an hour and they barely miss each other. Towards the end of the show they had to take a break because it started raining and the pilots could not see well enough but it cleared up and they were able to finish there show. It was such a fun day and I am so happy that we decided to go back!!!

For Sale

So Josh is spoiled and got a new set of clubs, which means we now have three sets at our house. Now we need to sell his old clubs. They are in really good shape other than that I dont know anything about them but if you are interested or know anyone who might be please let us know!! Thanks!!!

Graduation

CONGRATS!!!!

I can not believe that my little sister graduated High School!! That makes me feel really old!! Way to go Jess!!!

tHe DrAmA iS oVeR!!!!

Finally after 65 days of TRYING to buy a car- its over!!! We found a car that we were actually able to drive for more than 3 days!!! Who knew that that was how cars were supposed to work? Not us apparently.....

Anyway without further ado here is the new car at the Thompson household

So Lucky!!

We are the luckiest parents ever!! Jaxon is working on 2 teeth right now (the front bottom two) and we had no idea!! He has not been grumpy or showed any other signs he was even getting any teeth!! He seriously has been so happy lately!! The only reason we even knew was because the other day he was eating a french fry and started to gag on it and so I reached in his mouth to try and grab it and what do you know there were 2 tiny little teeth poking through!!! I tried to get a picture but they are just barely through the gums plus he really was not to happy about that idea!

Jaxon's First Fishing Trip

Me and Josh have been wanting to go fishing lately so we decided today was the perfect day. It was so nice and warm and sunny when we left our house and by the time we got to the fishing spot it was all cloudy and windy. That is Utah weather for ya. Anyway we all caught one fish each and it was a lot of fun!!!

Jaxon really knew what he was supposed to be doing he would hold his pole and then he would reel in his line. That only lasted about ten minutes, but that is about 9 minutes longer than I thought. Josh caught the very first fish!!! Jaxon thought it was the funniest thing to see the fish flapping all over the place when we took it out of the water. He was laughing so hard.
And I caught the second one!!!
Josh let Jaxon help reel in the third fish, he actually did a really good job and reeled it in about half of the way!!! Way to go buddy!!!!
He really loved this fish cause when we took it out of the water he went CRAZY!!!! Jaxon literally about fell out of his chair because he was laughing so hard!!! Not to bad for his first fish huh?

Sandbox Fun

We finally got our sandbox in and WE LOVE IT (meaning me and jaxon)!!! It is tons of fun, the sand is so nice and soft and I feel like I am at the beach :) Jaxon on the other hand just loves to shovel the sand into a bucket or onto his chair and then dump it out

I cant wait!!!

ONLY 12 DAYS UNTIL I GET MY NEW PHONE!!!!!

My phone that I have now has about bit the dust, I am lucky if it makes it through the day without dying and my ok button does not work, which makes things very difficult!!!

What a spoiled little boy!! He must have made a deal with the Easter Bunny :) He was not really sure about all of this but after a few minutes he was really having fun!
It did not take him long to figure out how to open the eggs!

Coloring Easter Eggs

Jaxon coloring on his easter egg with crayons, he was not very interested in the whole thing but it was still fun for me :) Josh even joined in on the fun and made a special egg just for Jaxon!! The two eggs that Jaxon colored, you cant see the yellow one very well but it looks just as awesome as the red one.

Willow Park

After we went and visted our grandparents we went to Willow Park since it was finally warm enough!! I was hoping that there would be some baby ducks but we did not see any. Jaxon's favorite part was the duck pond. We stood him up by the fence and he was as happy as could be. Jaxon's new excited face, what a funny kid. He really loved those ducks. There were two ducks that were fighting and he thought that that was the funniest thing ever.

After we walked through all the animals we wanted to take him to the park, hel loves to swing!!

For some reason Jaxon thought it was funny to bend himself over, he is tougher than me, that would have made me so sick!!

Grandpa's Tractor

We went to visit G.Grandma and Grandpa Thompson for Easter and decided it would be fun to take Jaxon out to see the tractors. He loved them!! He really likes anything that has a steering wheel on it but he was having a ball on the tractor.

Birthday Party Cont.

This is the cake (after me and josh each had a bite) Jaxon wanted NOTHING to do with it. I even tried to give him a little piece of cake after the fact and he would not eat it. I guess I traumatized the poor kid. Oh man, it's so tough to be so old!!
I wish I knew what he was thinking sometimes, well maybe not :)
