Update
I never really write what Jaxon has been up to so I thought I would update his life a little. He is 19 months old and weighs 20 pounds. He has 4 teeth, top and bottom in the front, his eye teeth just popped through on Monday and I discovered yesterday that he has 2 molars just about through. He has been so good with teething, the only trouble he has had were with his front ones. Also he started walking on Monday!! We knew that once he decided he was ready to walk he would just take off and he is just walking everywhere now and we could not be more excited!! His favorite food is hot dogs, French toast and French fries, he also LOVES ketchup and eats way to much of it!!! He loves to dance to any music that you will turn on and he especially loves to watch Mickey Mouse. He is also starting to talk a lot more and he can say mom, dad, more, cat, dog, bread, cheese and football. His favorite time of the day is when we color pictures and read stories. Jaxon is such a good kid and we could not have asked for anything better!! We love you buddy!!
Pumpkin Patch
Jaxon was not one bit happy about getting his picture taken so there is not a single picture where he looks happy.
Jaxon & Harley
We decided that we should get Jaxon his own kitty. We have Crash but he does not always like to play nice with Jaxon. We got this little kitty on October 1 and he was 10 weeks old, he is so snuggly and loves attention. These two get along so well and Jaxon just loves him to death. Harley is a good sport and lets Jaxon do whatever to him. Jaxon loves to give him hugs and he tries to pick him up and carry him around. They have a lot of fun playing together!!
The Big 2-3
Happy Birthday to You Daddy!! For Josh's Birthday we started out by going to Texas Roadhouse on Tuesday and had some very yummy food!!! Thursday was his actual birthday and he woke up way to early in the morning to go hunting. He did get a deer though so that was cool, even though it was Bambi. I don't have a picture but it was a two point. He was pretty excited. When he got home we had our parents come over and we had cake and ice cream and he got some presents. The cake I made him was decorated like camo, and had a deer and a man with a gun on it, very fitting for the day. We love you dad and hope you had a great day!
This has nothing to do with Josh's Birthday but I just love this picture!!

Golf
We decided that we would take Jaxon golfing with us, and come to find out he LOVED it. He thought it was the coolest thing ever that he could play with the steering wheel. We did take his golf clubs but he was way more interested in driving. It was a little on the cool side but he did great and we had a lot of fun. I definitely see more family golf games in our future.
Daddy and Jaxon hanging out
Mom & Jaxon
Our little score keeper- who was more interested in coloring all over the score card. It was a wonderful picture I must say.
Oops! Somebody is a little to tall!

Future Rockstar
I am seeing a trend here: Jaxon likes to play video games with dad!!

It takes some serious concentration to play this guitar

I just love this guy to pieces he is so much fun!!

OH NO!! Dad just messed up!!
Video Games
One day dad decided to break out the Fo-Tendo (a game console that you can play the old school nintendo games on) and Jaxon decided it would be fun to play to!! The funny thing is he was really pushing the right buttons and was watching the screen like he really knew what to do!! It was great, it made dad's day, it wont be long before they are really playing video games together all day!!

Such concentration

Idaho Falls Getaway Part 2
It finally happened!! We got to turn Jaxon's carseat around!! I don't know what happened but he just all of a sudden gained a pound and a half (i am not compaining, trust me) and he finally made it to that wonderful 20 pound mark, 6 months before the Dr. predicted!! He had only been gaining about 2 ounces every three weeks and then boom growth spurt and now he has stopped completely but at least he can see out the window now!!
I just love this face, he looks so confused!!
Daddy and Jaxon playing in the not so hot "Hot Tub", the water was not even as warm as normal bath water, grr. Anyway Jaxon is pretty much fearless in the water and he just jumps in, literally!! He was sitting on the stairs and he would just take a head dive right into the water.
Dad trying to teach Jaxon how to swim, he just thought it was cool to chase mom around in circles.
Jaxon did not like the idea of floating on his back at all!! But we all had a great time playin in the pool!!
Idaho Falls Getaway
Wow, I am really behind!! Oh well, better late than never. Anyway we headed up to Idaho Falls on the 19th, we so needed a getaway!! Josh had been working tons of overtime and busting his bum on school and we had not had much time as a family, so we ran away!! I must say that I am proud of you babe, you A+ Certified computer dude!! Anyway when we got to IF we had a little picnic lunch and then we went to walk around the falls and we found SO many geese, they were everywhere!! Jaxon thought that it was the funniest thing to have dad chase them, which was a little scary for mom because these geese were fearless!! Dad got a good workout chasing those geese all over the park.

Then it was off to the Zoo, I love the zoo!! Jaxon's favorite part was the Monkeys and the Penguins. But of course my camera died soon after we got there so I don't have many pics. Jaxon and this monkey were playing with each other through the glass it was hilarious!!
Dad & Jaxon looking at all the animals.
They had this cool little petting zoo there but of course our little man refused to pet them. Oh well.

Cache County Fair & Rodeo
We went to the Fair & Rodeo with my parents this year. It was my dad's birthday and he had to cook dutch oven for all of the contestants that night so we headed over to Logan. Happy belated Birthday Dad!! We had a lot of fun and can I just say that my little cowboy was the cutest one there!! I bought him the cutest little cowboy boots (but I don't have a picture) and my mom bought him the cutest shirt!!
5 Reasons why I'm gonna be a cowboy
1. Grandpa will buy me a horse!
2. Grandma will buy me a hat!
3. Mom will be my biggest fan!
4. Dad will buy me a truck!
5. My life will be a great ride!
Jaxon and daddy at the fair looking at all the animals.
Mom and Jaxon with the sheep.
Jaxon does not look one bit happy, but he really was having fun, he loved the horses and the cows.
Playing around on the bleachers.
I could not get him to smile for the camera!! Everytime I tried to take a picture this is the face I would get.
What a difference!
Jaxon is officially the owner of 4 pearly whites!! His two top teeth finally broke through, and it was not anything like when he got his bottom teeth. With the bottom ones I did not even know that he was getting teeth, they just showed up one day. The top ones he was so grumpy and if things were not exactly his way he would get so upset. Most of the day this is what he did, hang out on the couch with Teddy.
Dads Motorcycle
Jaxon absolutely loves dads motorcycle, there is only one problem. He is not content to just sit on it with dad anymore!! He thinks that he needs to climb up the gas tank so that he can reach the stereo and the handle bars. I think we have trouble on our hands!!!!
