Ok there are about a thousand and one pictures from Christmas-that I took with my awesome new camera- so these are just a few from our awesome christmas day! We all got exactly what we wanted- it even snowed. The roads were horrible and when we got home we had no power for about 2 hours but other than that it was such a fun day.

So a huge thanks to my wonderful husband who works so hard!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to be a SAHM (stay at home mommy) and I am so excited! I put in my two weeks notice on tuesday and I will be finished on the 10th! Thanks for working so hard babe!

Such A Tired Boy!!!

So Jaxon was being a stinker today and would not cooperate with napping. He has always been on a schedule and he sticks to it so well, except for today!! He would not go to sleep for anything, we tried everything. Finally I just sat him on the couch and we were watching TV and the next thing I know he just crashed!! And he was OUT! 

Christmas Tree

So I finally got my tree decorated, I had it up for over a week before I got it all decorated. Slacker I know. Josh requested that we have candy canes on our tree this year, so here you go babe :)

Like Father Like Son

Jaxon loves to play with keyboards so I stole this old play laptop from my moms and Jaxon has had a ball playing with it.

Early Christmas Party

Great Grandma & Grandpa Thompson gave Jaxon this police car for christmas and he loves it. It is so cute he will sit there and drive it back and forth, what a smart boy.

Finally-- We Have Some Hair!

So you cant see it very well, but it's there!!! It is even long enough to spike it a little, it wont stay that way but you could do it. We are so excited!!

Josh started a new job today in the IT department out at ATK, he is so excited and we are so proud of him!!! He has been working so hard in school and at work in order to provide a great life for me and Jaxon and he does such an awesome job!!! He probably wont see this but I just want him to know how much I appreciate him and all that he does for our family. He is such an awesome husband and dad!! I love you honey!!

Jaxon loves Blocks!

I found this in the toy box the other day and he loves it! He thinks it is pretty funny to pull the table over and dump the bloks onto the floor.

I am tired I think I will just take a little rest :)

Toy Of The Day

And the toy of the day-- A HANGER! Who would have thought that a hanger would be so entertaining, but he loves it. He layed there and examined that thing for about 30 minutes.

Jaxon was definatley ready for bed tonight!! He was so happy tonight and we were just playing and talking and laughing and I layed him on the couch to go get his pj's and this is what I came back to. Jaxon is so good at bedtime 90% of the time he goes right to sleep and I am sure tonight will be no different.

Help--- I'm stuck!!

Jaxon has started rolling all over the place these days, but for some reason he only likes to roll in one direction. So he was on the floor rolling and he got over by the wall and I decided to leave him there for a second and see if he would start rolling the other way- not a chance. About every 30 seconds we would try and roll towards the wall and bonk his head (not hard of course) and then he would get the biggest grin on his face, after about 3 minutes he just gave up and was giving me this look like, aren't you going to come help me?

7 Months Old

I can not believe that Jaxon is 7 months old!! Where has the time gone, it seems like just yesterday we were coming home from the hospital. Life is getting pretty crazy around our house, we bought our first baby gate and had to rearrange the front room so that our little rolley polley olley could not get down the hall. He is loving cords, phones and remotes!! He is definately going to be a handful but we love him and cant wait to see what life is going to bring in the next few months.

Jaxon's First Halloween

We dressed Jaxon up as a Lion, he was so cute!!!

Jaxon was not very thrilled about the whole thing, we missed nap time and it was almost bedtime which equals a grumpy baby, hence the lovely pacifier in his mouth in all the pictures.
